The “Less is More” course by Dr. Fabio Piccotti is designed for dental professionals seeking to implement minimally invasive techniques into their daily workflow, enhancing precision, safety and restorative outcomes. Through an in-depth exploration of Komet sonic technology, participants will learn how to optimize prosthodontic, adhesive restorative, and surgical procedures, achieving greater clinical efficiency with reduced invasiveness.
The course highlights the advantages of sonic instrumentation over rotary, ultrasonic and piezoelectric systems, with a special focus on sonic endodontic surgery, precise margin refinement in prosthodontics, and selective hard-tissue cutting in surgery. Practical demonstrations and clinical cases provide hands-on insight into modern minimally invasive dentistry, enabling clinicians to improve workflow, control and treatment predictability. A comprehensive training path for dentists aiming to evolve with advanced and efficient clinical protocols.

Dr. Fabio Piccotti is an active member of the Italian Academy of Endodontics (AIE) and the Italian Society of Conservative Dentistry (SIDOC). His clinical focus is on preserving natural teeth through high-quality treatments, with a strong emphasis on dental microscopy and minimally invasive dentistry. His interdisciplinary approach has made him a trusted expert in the decision-making process between saving severely compromised teeth and choosing implant therapy.
He has trained in advanced endodontics with Dr. Castellucci, Dr. Gesi, and Dr. Ruddle (USA), and in prosthetic and restorative dentistry with Dr. Massironi, Dr. Manca, Dr. Simeone, and Dr. Ferraris. He also enhanced his periodontal skills under the guidance of Dr. Ghezzi.
In 2019, he co-founded ShapeIt Endo Srl, a dental education group focused on minimally invasive techniques. He lectures nationally and internationally and serves as a reviewer for international scientific journals.
