The choice of vertical or horizontal preparation margin on both natural teeth and implants imposes different prosthetic protocols, but the factors of long-term biological and prosthetic success are multiple: we will analyze together the clinical and laboratory aspects from both traditional analog and more innovative digital perspectives. The objective of the course is to provide the necessary knowledge to best address vertical preparation in all clinical and laboratory steps in order to optimize esthetic results on the soft tissues surrounding fixed prostheses on natural teeth and implants.
