A Full Immersion Endodontics Course designed for dentists who want to refresh and enhance their skills in root canal treatment and endodontic retreatment. Two intensive days combining theory and hands-on training to clarify concepts, master modern instruments and materials, and rediscover endodontics as a valuable clinical resource.

Through an essential theoretical session and an intensive practical workshop on extracted teeth, participants will experience canal shaping using traditional and martensitic instruments, both in continuous rotation and reciprocation, while exploring the advantages of bioceramic sealers. The course also covers canal obturation techniques and predictable retreatment procedures based on the latest clinical standards.

A dynamic and engaging format that helps clinicians strengthen their confidence, update their protocols, and return to practice with renewed energy and precision.

  • Two-day theoretical and practical course
  • 1 Dr. Fava Opening Kit (list price value €143.84)
  • Lunch and coffee breaks
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Endodontic consumables for the hands-on session
What participants should bring

Each participant is required to bring extracted teeth with pre-prepared access cavities, preferably both anterior and posterior, properly stored in a moist environment from the time of extraction until the day of the course (saline solution + sodium hypochlorite).
Teeth stored dry are difficult to use as they tend to become brittle and break easily.
It is recommended to bring at least 3 single-rooted and 3 multi-rooted teeth, divided between upper and lower arches, with access cavities already prepared.

Tip:
Immediately after extraction, immerse the tooth in 5.25% sodium hypochlorite for at least 30 minutes, rinse it, and store it in a tightly sealed container filled with two-thirds saline solution and one-third sodium hypochlorite.

Materials Not Provided (to Be Brought by Each Participant)

  • High-speed handpiece (turbine)

  • Contra-angle handpiece (blue and red rings, for possible access cavity adjustments)

  • Endodontic explorer DG16 or equivalent

  • Mirror

  • Tweezers

  • Selection of K-Files sizes 06 – 08 – 10

  • Paper points in various sizes (e.g., fine, medium, large)

  • Manual pluggers No. 8 – 9 – 10

  • Endodontic sealer (e.g., AH Plus or Pulp Canal Sealer)

  • Glass plate or mixing pad for the sealer

  • Gutta-percha cone gauge with millimeter ruler

  • Scalpel for trimming gutta-percha cones

  • A pair of scissors
