Aesthetic Adhesive Restorations: From Posterior to Anterior with the MDP Technique by MV
The recent evolution of adhesive aesthetic materials has significantly transformed the restorative approach, redefining the boundaries between conservative dentistry and prosthetics. Today’s advanced composites and enamel-dentin adhesives offer long-lasting clinical success, particularly in medium-sized cavities. In cases of extensive cavities with cusp coverage and reduced or missing cervical enamel, adhesively cemented aesthetic restorations are indicated.
The course will explore:
clinical indications,
cavity preparation based on the Morphology Driven Preparation technique by MV,
impression protocols for aesthetic inlays,
adhesive cementation procedures.
Subgingival margin management will be discussed in depth, including coronal margin relocation and a two-step surgical-restorative approach designed to resolve deep cervical margins with biologic width violation. The second part of the course will focus on anterior ceramic veneers, supported by clinical cases and video documentation.
By combining modern materials with strict adhesive protocols, clinicians can achieve minimally invasive, highly aesthetic, and functionally sound restorations, harmoniously integrated with the patient’s facial features and personality.

This course is intended for dentists who want to explore the modern approach to aesthetic adhesive restorations in both posterior and anterior areas, with a focus on next-generation materials and minimally invasive techniques.
It is ideal for professionals who want to:
Integrate conservative and prosthetic techniques following the most up-to-date protocols
Master the management of subgingival margin restorations and the surgical-restorative approach
Improve precision in mock-up guided preparation and step-by-step adhesive cementation
Gain expertise in Digital Smile Design and ceramic veneer placement
Thanks to its theoretical and hands-on format, supported by clinical cases and procedural videos, the course enables an immediate application of skills in daily practice, delivering aesthetic, functional, and highly personalized results
