Dr. Arnaldo Castellucci, a graduate from Florence and a specialist in Endodontics, is an internationally recognized authority in his field. He is a prolific author and university lecturer in Italy and the United States, known for his speaking engagements in over 60 countries and publications like "Surgical Micro-Endodontics" and "Endodontics." Founder of the Center for the Teaching of Micro-Endodontics, he remains dedicated to advanced training and dental research.
CURRICULUM
Dr. Arnaldo Castellucci graduated in Dentistry from the University of Florence in 1973 and completed his specialization in 1977. From 1978 to 1980, he attended the Continuing Education courses at Boston University under Professor Herbert Schilder, dedicating his practice exclusively to Endodontics.
He served as President of the Italian Society of Endodontics (SIE) and the International Federation of Endodontic Associations (IFEA). He is an Active Member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE) and the European Society of Endodontology (ESE).
Since 2013, he has been a Lecturer in Surgical Micro-Endodontics at the Specialty School in Oral Surgery at the Federico II University of Naples. Since 2015, he has also been a Visiting Professor at the University of Cagliari and at the University of Brescia. In May 2023, he was appointed Assistant Professor of Endodontics at Boston University, joining the Faculty of the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Castellucci has authored over 60 articles in Italian and international scientific journals and contributed chapters to key Endodontic textbooks. Recently, he published the textbook Surgical Micro-Endodontics with EDRA, available in six languages (Italian, English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Macedonian) and soon in Russian. He is also the author of the Endodontics textbook, now in its third updated edition, available in Italian, English, Russian, Turkish and soon in Chinese and Macedonian.
A renowned international speaker, he has lectured and conducted hands-on courses in over 70 countries. He is the founder and President of the Center for the Teaching of Micro-Endodontics in Florence, where he teaches and conducts advanced training courses. In September 2023, he was awarded the title of Honorary Diplomate of the Indian Board of Endodontics by the Indian Endodontic Society.
