
Dr. Fabio Piccotti is an active member of the Italian Academy of Endodontics (AIE) and the Italian Society of Conservative Dentistry (SIDOC). His clinical focus is on preserving natural teeth through high-quality treatments, with a strong emphasis on dental microscopy and minimally invasive dentistry. His interdisciplinary approach has made him a trusted expert in the decision-making process between saving severely compromised teeth and choosing implant therapy.
He has trained in advanced endodontics with Dr. Castellucci, Dr. Gesi, and Dr. Ruddle (USA), and in prosthetic and restorative dentistry with Dr. Massironi, Dr. Manca, Dr. Simeone, and Dr. Ferraris. He also enhanced his periodontal skills under the guidance of Dr. Ghezzi.
In 2019, he co-founded ShapeIt Endo Srl, a dental education group focused on minimally invasive techniques. He lectures nationally and internationally and serves as a reviewer for international scientific journals.

His training is multidisciplinary: in endodontics, he has trained with Dr. Arnaldo Castellucci and Dr. Andrea Gesi, and further deepened his knowledge at the prestigious facility of Dr. Cliff Ruddle in Santa Barbara, CA (USA). He also attended numerous prosthetic and restorative courses with Dr. Massironi, Dr. Manca, Dr. Simeone, and Dr. Ferraris, and enhanced his periodontal skills under the guidance of Dr. Ghezzi.
In 2019, together with five colleagues, he founded ShapeIt Endo Srl, a professional group offering dental education in the field of modern dentistry.
He is a speaker in Italy and abroad on topics such as dental microscopy and minimally invasive dentistry, and serves as a reviewer for international scientific journals.
