Dr. Fabio Scutellà
Dr. Fabio Scutellà is an expert in Dentistry and Prosthodontics, with international training that includes a Master's in Dental Materials and a specialization in Prosthodontics from Boston University. He has held significant academic roles, including Head of the Oral Rehabilitation Department at the Humanitas Research Hospital and Visiting Lecturer at New York University. CURRICULUM
Dr. Fabio Scutellà graduated in Dentistry and Prosthodontics in 1991 and then specialized in Prosthodontics at the Boston University "Goldman School of Dental Medicine" (Boston-USA). He obtained a Master's degree in Dental Materials from the Biomaterials Department of the same university.
From 2017 to 2020, he was Head of the Oral Rehabilitation Department at the Humanitas Research Hospital Dental Center in Rozzano (MI), under the direction of Prof. R.L. Weinstein. Since 2017, he has also been a Visiting Lecturer in the “Linhart Continuing Education Program” at the New York University, College of Dentistry.
He has authored several books, including Mechanical behavior of composite layered ceramic beams (2013, Lambert Publishing) and Vertical Preparations: Scientific Analysis and Clinical Methodology on Natural Teeth and Implants (2022, Quintessence Publishing). Additionally, he has co-authored internationally relevant books such as Immediate Loading: Biological Foundations and Surgical Procedures (2009, ACME), Immediate Loading: A New Era in Oral Implantology (2011, Quintessence Publishing), The Art of Detailing: The Philosophy Behind Excellence (2013, Quintessence Publishing), and Cutting and Shaping (2020, Edra Milano).
