The “Camouflage – Aesthetic Prosthetic Pre and Post Orthodontic” course focuses on advanced conservative techniques designed to enhance smile harmony through non-invasive morphological modifications.
By presenting and analysing multiple real clinical cases, participants will develop practical skills for managing complex aesthetic situations such as diastemas, microdontia, dental agenesis, conoid teeth and orthodontically driven tooth repositioning.
The course covers aesthetic and functional case planning, dental morphology analysis, material selection (zirconia, lithium disilicate, ceramics and composites), cementation protocols and the clinical use of the Maryland Bridge in aesthetic areas.
Special emphasis is placed on multidisciplinary communication between orthodontists, prosthodontists and dental technicians, providing a structured and reproducible clinical workflow aimed at minimally invasive, predictable aesthetic outcomes.
The course is intended for dentists and dental technicians seeking to refine their expertise in integrated aesthetic prosthetic solutions in pre- and post-orthodontic treatments.
Through the presentation and analysis of numerous real clinical cases, participants will learn:
Initial case design: from morphological planning to defining aesthetic and functional objectives.
Required documentation
Dental morphological analysis
Case study and preview
Materials: Zirconia, Lithium Disilicate, Ceramic, Composite
Analysis of ceramic systems
Material selection criteria
Cementation technique
Study of dental shape and its implications in aesthetic camouflage.
Transition lines, texture, optical illusions, color.
Attention to detail in form.
Tooth position, size, proportion.
The ideal tooth position to facilitate minimally invasive aesthetic solutions.
Orthodontic planning
Prosthetic planning
Multidisciplinary communication
The Maryland Bridge:
Materials
Correct spacing
Cementation
The course aims to provide an operational protocol applicable in daily practice, through close collaboration between the orthodontic clinician, the prosthetic clinician, and the dental technician.
The course on esthetic prosthetic camouflage in pre- and post-orthodontic cases is designed for dental technicians and dentists who wish to enhance their expertise in advanced clinical and technical protocols for managing high-demand esthetic zones.
It is particularly suitable for professionals interested in:
Minimally invasive esthetic dentistry solutions
Prosthetic rehabilitation in pre- and post-orthodontic cases
Management of diastemas, microdontia, agenesis, and morphological discrepancies
Use of advanced esthetic materials such as zirconia, lithium disilicate, full ceramic systems, and composite
Multidisciplinary planning involving orthodontists, prosthodontists, and dental technicians
The course is ideal for clinicians and technicians seeking structured, replicable clinical protocols applicable to daily practice, improving predictability, interdisciplinary communication, and natural esthetic outcomes.

Dr. Giorgio Cocconi is a dentist with a strong international education and a clinical focus on orthodontics and esthetic dentistry.
He graduated in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (2014–2019) and later completed a Master’s Degree in Oral Rehabilitation and Esthetics (2019–2021).
Driven by a growing interest in modern orthodontics, Dr. Cocconi expanded his expertise through advanced international training, including a Short Term in Orthodontics at Aarhus University (2022–2023) and comprehensive orthodontic programs with FACE XP, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on clinical practice.
He is currently completing his Specialization in Orthodontics at the University of Milan.
In parallel, he has developed advanced skills in high-esthetic anterior restorations, attending specialized courses led by internationally recognized clinicians such as Marco Veneziani and Think Adhesive.
Dr. Cocconi’s clinical philosophy is rooted in the principles of minimally invasive dentistry, developed through his background in conservative dentistry.
The integration of orthodontics and prosthodontics is central to his approach, allowing for optimal esthetic and functional results while preserving natural dental structures and prioritizing patient-centered care.
Dr. Breviglieri is a dentist with over 15 years of clinical experience, specialized in esthetic and functional rehabilitation, post-orthodontic restorative dentistry, and implantology, with a strong focus on minimally invasive techniques.
He is also actively involved in education, serving as a speaker at national courses and congresses.
Born in Parma in 1974, he has been working at the Pozzi Franco & C. dental laboratory since 1992. He constantly enhances his skills by attending numerous courses with international experts. His main focus is on fixed prosthetics, all-ceramic restorations, and complex rehabilitations on natural teeth and implants. He is the author of several publications in the field of dental technology, collaborating with both national and international journals. As a speaker at courses and conferences, he also teaches theoretical and practical courses at the MFV Communication center in Vigolzone (PC). The creator of innovative tools for photographic documentation in the laboratory, he also organizes national and international courses on advanced ceramic layering techniques, photography, and smile design.
