In recent years, restorative dentistry has evolved from a traditional, cavity-centered approach to a truly minimally invasive model focused on tissue preservation and evidence-based caries management. This course provides a comprehensive theoretical and hands-on program on the selective treatment of interproximal lesions, the use of sonic, rotary and oscillating instruments, and the clinical protocols for PRR and fissure sealing.
The practical sessions on simulators and extracted teeth allow participants to immediately apply modern techniques for selective caries removal, minimally invasive cavity design and preventive restorative procedures. Guided by Dr. Giovanni Sammarco with tutor Dr. Luciano Laveglia, this course delivers a solid, up-to-date and clinically applicable foundation for practicing modern, truly conservative restorative dentistry.
