Course Program

The advantages of sonic technology will be explained through the presentation of multiple illustrative clinical cases, accompanied by clear guidelines on the selection of sonic tips and the adjustment of the sonic handpiece.
Participants will have the opportunity to try the sonic tips on simulators and heterologous anatomical specimens.

The course registration includes
  • 30 ECM credits to be obtained through the FAD platform: “Endodontic Treatments and Retreatments” by Dr. A. Fava, available until December 31, 2025
  • 1 copy of the book "Sonic" published by EDRA, valued at €229.00 + VAT
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Coffee break and lunch included
What participants should bring

All materials will be provided by the organization.

In case of changes

Komet Academy reserves the right to reschedule the course in the event of organizational, logistical, or safety-related changes. If the course cannot take place as originally planned, the training activity will be rescheduled, and participants will be informed of the new date at least 15 days in advance.

If the new date conflicts with the participant’s pre-existing, documentable commitments, the full course fee will be refunded. Please note that travel and accommodation expenses cannot be reimbursed.

Dr. Emanuele Ruga

Dr. Emanuele Ruga is a specialist in Odontostomatological Surgery, with expertise in treating patients with systemic conditions and disabilities. He is one of the leading national experts in the use of lasers and sonic instruments in odontostomatology. Graduating with top honors from the University of Turin, he has completed numerous advanced training programs, university master's degrees, and specialization courses.
A former Scientific Coordinator of AIOLA and currently the Regional Coordinator for SIMEO Piedmont, he is the author of international publications and a speaker at academic events. Dr. Ruga collaborates with university institutions to provide advanced training in Odontostomatology and Aesthetic Medicine.
