A comprehensive theoretical–practical program designed for dental clinicians who wish to acquire advanced skills in periodontology, complex tooth extractions, implantology and bone regeneration, with a particular focus on the use of sonic technology.
The course is structured into four integrated modules combining lectures and hands-on sessions. It begins with the use of sonic inserts for root debridement and minimally invasive periodontal surgery, followed by in-depth work on complex extractions and osteotomies performed on simulated models.
In the afternoon, the focus shifts to bone harvesting, controlled ridge expansion, thermal management of tissues and regenerative techniques.
The course concludes with a dedicated session on sonic implantology, including implant site preparation and maxillary sinus lift procedures.
An unmissable training opportunity to update your skills and effectively integrate sonic technologies into daily clinical practice.
Closed-flap root planing using sonic instruments
Minimally invasive clinical crown lengthening
Flap management with sonic instrumentation
Hands-on session: simulation on extracted teeth and/or periodontal models, with focus on precision and tissue preservation
Simple and complex tooth extractions
Post-extraction socket preparation
Pre-prosthetic osteoplasty and osteotomy using sonic instruments
Hands-on session: conservative techniques with sonic devices to enhance visibility and control
Autologous bone harvesting with sonic instruments
Additional applications in regenerative surgery
Localized and controlled ridge expansion
Hands-on session: force control, cutting precision, thermal management
Implant site preparation:
“Sonic-aided”
“Full sonic” techniques
Tips & tricks
Introduction to sinus lift techniques
Hands-on session: integrated clinical workflows and combined use with conventional burs
This course is designed for dentists and oral surgeons who wish to deepen and refine their use of sonic technology in minimally invasive clinical procedures.
It is ideal for professionals seeking advanced skills in:
Sonic periodontology: root debridement, flap management and minimally invasive periodontal surgery
Simple and complex tooth extractions
Osteotomies and conservative surgical techniques using sonic instruments
Bone regeneration and autologous bone harvesting
Sonic implantology, including implant site preparation and maxillary sinus lift techniques
It is particularly suited for clinicians who want to integrate sonic instruments into their daily practice to enhance precision, operative control, tissue preservation and intraoperative safety.
